Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Strakture. By installing or using the plugin, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The service
Strakture is a WordPress plugin developed and operated by Aleksandr Samokhin (“we”, “us”). It provides a library of Gutenberg block patterns and, for premium subscribers, AI-generated patterns tailored to your theme’s design system. The plugin is available at https://strakture.com and through the WordPress plugin directory.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. By using Strakture, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Free and premium plans
Strakture offers a free version and paid subscription plans. The free version allows you to browse and insert pre-made block patterns. Premium plans unlock AI-powered pattern generation and a monthly credit allocation. Current plan details and pricing are listed at https://strakture.com/pricing.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time through your Freemius account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
4. Credits
Each premium plan includes a fixed number of AI generation credits per billing month. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of the billing period. We reserve the right to adjust credit allocations for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from our API
- Share, resell, or transfer your license key or API access to third parties
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass credit limits or authentication mechanisms
- Use the service in any way that could damage or overburden our infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if these conditions are violated.
6. AI-generated content
Patterns generated by Strakture are created using AI (Anthropic’s Claude model). You own the output inserted into your site. We make no guarantee that generated patterns are unique or free from similarity to other outputs. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it.
We do not claim any intellectual property rights over content you generate using Strakture.
7. Images
Generated patterns may include images sourced from Unsplash. These images are licensed under the Unsplash License (https://unsplash.com/license), which permits free use for commercial and non-commercial purposes without attribution, though attribution is appreciated. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any images complies with applicable licenses.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Strakture is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated patterns will meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aleksandr Samokhin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Strakture, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Modifications to the service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes. Continued use of the plugin after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
